Via an Ayurvedic Consultation, you will come to know your Prakriti (original Mind/Body type) and Vikriti your (current Mind/Body type). Through various Ayurvedic methods of examination, such as  a pulse reading, observation  of your facial features, hair, and nails as well as questioning and history you will learn about your elemental nature. With this information, we can determine which substances, qualities and actions are life enhancing for you and which are not. 

Consultation includes:

•  a 30min follow up in 3 months.
• recommendations specific to you for enhancing and balancing your life
• herbal balancing formulas recommended for your doshic balance
