The depth of this experience exceeded my expectations. In the absence of verbal communication, eye contact, hand gestures, and social niceties like holding doors or passing the salt, I found my gaze turning inward. My inner voice and emotions took center stage, offering a profound opportunity to cultivate and trust my inner Wisdom and Voice of Love.
On a personal level, this retreat was a journey of self-healing. I delved deeply into my patterns of beliefs, behaviors, and emotions, and explored their connections to my life and relationships. Through this introspection, I gained invaluable insights into Surrender, Forgiveness, Self-Love, and my personal relationship with the Divine.
I returned home with a deeper, more integrated love and compassion for myself, particularly for the aspects of me that I have often found unappealing.
I am deeply grateful for this opportunity and firmly believe that anyone who desires and is willing deserves the chance to return to Silence and rediscover the Love that awaits them.
The Path of Silence is a journey of profound spiritual awakening and healing that I believe everyone should experience. You may think the emotional and spiritual pain your carry with you each day doesn’t “qualify”; you might tell yourself that this kind of retreat is only for people who have suffered horrific, unspeakable abuse and trauma throughout their lives. I wholeheartedly believe the Path of Silence is an invaluable gift that every single one of us needs and deserves; this is a gift you not only give yourself, but to all those around you, as well.
During the retreat, I always felt safe, loved, and free. The delicious, healthy meals and beverages made me feel nourished and strong. The lovely, peaceful surroundings provided amazing opportunities for reflecting, meditating, exercising, and resting. Through exploring parts of my life that I had always thought were my weakest and ugliest, I discovered unconstrained strength and beauty. The Path of Silence provided me the tools to truly begin living and loving.
Participating in the Path of Silence was life changing. I feel that every person who is interested in personal growth and healing would benefit greatly from participating in the program. I felt so taken care of as every need was thought of and handled. It was amazing to give myself a week with no distractions to focus on my own healing and connection to my true authentic self.
The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. The food was healthy, fresh and tasted great. Thank you so much for doing this and I will definitely be participating again in the future. I hope to partner with you to make this experience available to more people who want it. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that I felt cared for. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
This is a profoundly powerful experience for folks interested in self exploration. It is important to not have expectations when signing up for this. The amount of growth that came out of this short experience is going to carry me through the rest of my life. It’s really amazing what people can do for themselves when their explorations are structured.
Everything was beautiful. The people, the environment, the materials, the presentations, the synergy. The food was prepared with love and care and it was obvious every single meal. The facilitators are the best guides I could’ve ever hoped to receive on this journey. If you are fortunate enough to have the means to participate in this retreat, you would be doing yourself a great disservice to not do it. Most things in life have a price tag but this experience was truly priceless.
Initially I wasn’t sure if I can be without phone/social media and that too when doing retreat from my own home and all the gadgets are in the same room. But I was amazed about how my mind didn’t even go to anything.
The whole experience was absolutely extraordinary and I discovered so much about my own self. Again I’m grateful to the sister who introduced me to this path. And I’ll absolutely be doing this retreat again and waiting eagerly for the next one.
The retreat was excellent. The care of the participants was overwhelming. Everyone’s needs were met far and above. The materials were easy to follow and definitely gave you food for thought. The facilities were top notch. I will definitely be doing this retreat again and will highly recommend to anyone who is interested. Blessings...Love and Light Love,

Ayurveda (which translates into "the science of life"), is an ancient practice of healthcare, enabling one to understand how to create balance of body and mind according to one’s unique elemental constitution by making lifestyle changes in food, herbs, and physical activity to bring about and maintain one’s unique balance. The Easy Yogi offers consultations in Ayurveda and complimentary practices; unique personal blends of herbal teas, oils and capsules, educational programs & workshops in ayurveda, meditation, and movement; and various retreats focused on emotional & spiritual healing, mindful movement and immersive retreats for those ready to make lasting lifestyle changes. Helen is a Raja Yoga Meditation Practitioner of nearly 30 years with 20 years of teaching practical meditation and dharma through lectures, workshops and television programs. Her years of living as a monk, a contemplative life of intentional solitude and surrender, has allowed her the focused discipline to dive deep into learning and understanding who we are innately, what it is we seek, and how we can be in harmony with ourselves, nature, and each other. While maintaining her work in the fast paced, money-minded financial industry, Helen was determined to find balance within the madness and share those tools with the community, to live a more mindful and yogic life regardless of lifestyle choices or circumstances. Helen shares her own experience and continued learning through her blogs, and introduces the community to those who use mindfulness in unique ways on a daily basis through the mindfulCITY podcast, “Tuning into Life”.

Dr. Mookherjee Philip is a cardiologist healer who deals with ‘all matters of the heart.’ Over her 20+ years of practicing medicine she became acutely aware of the role stress plays in people’s heart health. While she finds the technology and progress in cardiology fascinating, she realized that a pill, procedure or surgery did not always cure or fully heal her patients. She asks every patient about their spiritual practice, as this is directly related to their prognosis and outcomes. Her own spiritual journey began 15 years ago after the loss of her first child due to a complication from a vacuum delivery.
She states , “That experience taught me the greatest life lesson, that love doesn’t start with birth and it doesn’t end with death.” She is a Chopra Center Certified Primordial Sound Meditation teacher, is certified in HeartMath and is a Holistic Life Coach. Her 3 month signature program entitled The Path to Meditation Mastery is a perfect introduction to creating a personalized meditation practice as an antidote to stress. Her
company’s mission is based on the premise that we are not human beings seeking a spiritual experience but rather we are spiritual beings having a human experience. She believes that at the deepest level we are whole, beings of love who are deeply connected and inherently healthy. In addition to working as a practicing cardiologist she is a sought after speaker on stress management for all types of companies, a co-host of the The Path of Silence Retreat, manages the facebook groups Meditation for Female

I grew up in Manchester, New Hampshire where I endured the cold for 26 years and received my Associates Degree in Psychology. I came to Florida to work in the foster care system with teenagers. I quickly noticed how bad the kids needed a creative outlet. It was sad to see. I started bringing in paints and crafts for the kids to do and immediately noticed how much this helped kids in so many different ways. For some it helped them express their feelings without having to tell their story for the 100th time. For others it was a sweet joyful distraction from an otherwise sad situation. It was then I realized I was an artist that had a purpose and passion to teach and share with others. I have been painting all over Florida for 15 years. I absolutely love the Tropical environment and all the bright colors that surround me. I specialize in abstract painting and teaching how to express feelings in a cool creative way. I enjoy painting Murals and creating new crafts that are useful and fun. I have studied fine art at the Dunedin Fine art Center and continue to soak up all that is ART.
